1. Product

WEDELIER — Complete Wedding Planning System is a digital wedding-planning bundle that may include a Google Sheets planner, guides and Canva templates. The exact content is the content described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

2. How the contract is concluded

You choose the available version and currency, review the price and contents, tick the required confirmations for Terms/Privacy and digital supply, then continue to Stripe Checkout. You can go back before payment to correct your selection. The contract is concluded after payment confirmation and access is granted. Available contract languages are Romanian and English depending on the storefront.

3. Confirmation and contract record

You receive the transaction confirmation/receipt through Stripe/Link. In this version WEDELIER does not provide a customer account containing a separate archived copy of the contract; keep your payment confirmation and the applicable version of these terms. Transaction details may remain available through Stripe/Link under their rules.

4. Price, payment and delivery

Payment is one-time, with no subscription. The price and tax treatment are shown before payment confirmation. For eligible Managed Payments transactions, Stripe/Link acts as merchant of record and manages transactional elements such as payment, indirect taxes, certain disputes and transaction support. WEDELIER access is granted after payment verification.

5. Licence

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one couple / one wedding. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or offer the templates or files as your own product.

6. Third-party services

Use of Google and Canva is subject to those platforms' terms. Third-party features, availability and conditions may change independently of WEDELIER.

7. Digital content and consumer rights

Before payment for immediate access, we request the relevant confirmations for supplying digital content. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights concerning digital-content conformity, consumer protection, withdrawal or refunds where applicable.

8. Use restrictions

You may not use the product for fraud, infringement of others' rights, automated extraction for resale, or redistribution to third parties.

9. Support and supplier
