Immediate delivery

WEDELIER is a digital product. Once payment is confirmed, access is provided immediately through WEDELIER Home.

Withdrawal right

Before checkout, we expressly ask for consent to begin supply immediately and acknowledgement of the effect on the withdrawal right. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right may cease after supply begins only where the applicable legal conditions are satisfied. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds and conformity issues

Eligible transactions are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, and transaction support and certain refunds may be handled through Stripe/Link. If the product does not work as described or you cannot access the resources, contact wedelier.company@gmail.com. We do not exclude or limit remedies or refunds required by law.
