WEDELIER

Privacy Policy

Version: 25 August 2026

1. Data controller

WEDELIER — [legal entity to complete before launch], [legal address to complete before launch], [registration / tax ID to complete]. Contact: wedelier.company@gmail.com · [phone number to complete].

2. Data we process

For orders and access, we may process the Stripe session identifier, product language, payment status, technical security data and the essential access cookie. Stripe/Link directly collects payment-related details such as name, email and billing address. WEDELIER does not receive your full card number. If you expressly accept marketing technologies, Meta Pixel may receive information about page visits and events such as product views, buy-button clicks, checkout initiation and purchases, together with technical information that Meta may associate with your browser or device.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data necessary to perform the contract and provide access, comply with legal obligations and secure the service. For Meta Pixel and advertising measurement/optimisation, we rely on your consent; WEDELIER does not load the Pixel before that consent is given. You can later withdraw consent using the “Cookie settings” button available on pages where tracking is enabled.

4. Providers

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe/Link for checkout and transactions, Meta Platforms for marketing measurement and optimisation only after consent, and product resources may use Google and Canva. Each provider may process data under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must rely on a GDPR-recognised mechanism such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses). The specific arrangements must be checked against the providers actually used at launch.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a strictly necessary signed HttpOnly cookie to maintain post-purchase access and a functional cookie to remember your selected language (Romanian or English). Meta Pixel is optional and starts only after you choose “Accept marketing”. When active, Meta may set or read identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc depending on your browser and how you reached the site. Your choice is stored locally in the browser. You can change it from “Cookie settings”; when consent is withdrawn, WEDELIER stops sending events and attempts to remove Meta first-party identifiers from the WEDELIER domain.

7. Retention

The access cookie is configured for up to 12 months. Your consent preference is stored locally until you change it or clear site data. Other technical, order and marketing data is retained as necessary and according to applicable provider retention periods, legal obligations and account settings.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, withdraw your marketing consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. Contact us at the address above.
